Roads & Carparks
L&D Contracting provides minor roads and carparks construction services that are associated with commercial and residential building developments. More than one hundred and ten (110) such projects have been completed by us to deliver the following main components:
- General – staging, supervision, dust management, protection to adjoining streets, erosion & sediment control.
- Earthworks – excavation, boxing out, subgrade preparation, proof rolling, cut or fill with slopes up to 1:2
- Pavement – multi-layer granular pavements or simple A/C pavements, kerb and channel, footpaths.
- Drainage – pipes and manholes, medium-sized culvert works, cross and longitudinal drainage, connections.
- Sewer – pipes and manholes, connections, CCTV inspections.
- Water – pipes and fittings, connections.
- Communications – conduits and pits.
- Lighting – street lighting, minor works associated with traffic signals.
- Traffic management.
We have small machines ideally suited to the small, compact carpark areas as well as larger machinery to construct commercial and industrial parking areas.
